This classic bay leaf tree's leafs adds great flavor depth to soups and sauces. Grows as an evergreen shrub/small tree
Growing notes
We love this tree, the fresh bay leafs taste better than store bought ones and we use it year around for cooking. That said it's doing just ok, seems to suffer periodic die backs but has come back with fresh growth each spring. I had one in a pot but it's didn't last long, this one has done much better in ground for me.
