About

Highbush blueberry with a more wild berry flavor. Grows taller than my other varieties.

Growing notes

Grown in a raised beds with other blueberry varieties. I've struggled with this one, maybe less drought tolerant than the others, but often produces small dried out berries for me, and has been inconsistent in its crops.

The flavor of these has dramatically improved, just reminds me to wait until August to pick blueberries, they get so much sweeter.

wild

Smaller blueberry with a distinct wild blueberry flavor, reminds me of the wild blueberries I collected as a kid. Best if left to sweeten on the vine 3 weeks and maybe more after they turn blue
